Swimming Lessons
Children, Adults & Triathletes
With more than 20 years of experience teaching swimming, my approach is above all people-centered.
Every individual comes with their own story, skill level, concerns, goals, and abilities. My role is first to listen, understand, and create a trusting environment where everyone can progress at their own pace.

A Personalized
and Progressive Approach
Swimming lessons are built around an active and inclusive learning process in which each swimmer remains fully engaged in their own development.
Before training begins, a personalized assessment is carried out to identify technical skills, physical abilities, body characteristics, and the specific needs of each swimmer.
This initial evaluation allows for the creation of a structured, progressive, and individualized training plan.
Whether the goal is to learn how to swim, regain confidence in the water, improve technique, or enhance triathlon performance, each session is designed to promote natural and effective progression.
Technical, breathing, postural, and physiological aspects are gradually integrated to build strong and lasting foundations.
The objective is not simply to learn how to swim, but to develop confidence, independence, movement awareness, and enjoyment in the water.
Pre-Training and
Exam Preparation Support
Lifesaving requires far more than physical ability.
It demands self-control, confidence, discipline, and the capacity to manage emotions in challenging situations. For this reason, preparation begins with personalized guidance based on listening,
communication, and a thorough understanding of each participant’s needs and current level.
Every candidate has different strengths and areas for improvement. An initial assessment helps identify existing skills, technical gaps, and physical capabilities in order to build a tailored and progressive preparation program.
These courses are designed to effectively prepare future candidates for training programs and examinations organized by the Swiss Lifesaving Society (SSS). The preparation covers physical conditioning, lifesaving techniques, endurance, effort management, automatic responses, and confidence under pressure.
This pre-training program enables candidates to approach examinations with greater confidence, better preparation, and a higher likelihood of success. The goal is for each participant to enter the official training program with a solid foundation, improved technical mastery, and the necessary tools to perform successfully under the best possible conditions.
